Youth Worker (ages: 10-14yrs)

The Warfield Churches are a vibrant family of five Church of England congregations near Bracknell, Berkshire (Membership c.600 adults, 200 children).

The Parish has an evangelical & charismatic approach to ministry & is experiencing growth across all age ranges.

We are looking to appoint a full-time 10-14yrs specialist who will:

• Be a passionate & gifted communicator of the captivating Jesus story
• Support, energise, envision & equip the volunteer leadership of the 10-14yrs ministry across the Warfield family of churches.
• Become part of an integrated children and youth strategy across the Parish alongside other employed and volunteer leadership.

This is a significant & exciting role as part of a growing family of churches and an enthusiastic staff team. The post has a Genuine Occupational Requirement to be filled by a Christian.
