Director

Pioneers is looking to appoint a Director for its UK Mobilisation Office.

Today Pioneers has more than 1,950 international members serving on 191 teams in 92 countries among 134 unreached people groups.

Pioneers mobilises teams to glorify God amongst unreached people by initiating church planting movements in partnership with local churches.

The candidate will:

• Provide strategic and visionary leadership for the furtherance of the goals of the Pioneers International Mission Statement
• Provide overall responsibility for strategic planning, stewardship of resources, including financial and personnel, and be committed to the pursuit of excellence, creativity and improvement in all Pioneers UK operations
• Be able to communicate and develop awareness of the vision, core values and distinctiveness of Pioneers to the UK Christian community
• Be responsible for the vision and strategy for effective mobilisation of UK Christians for ministry overseas and at home
• Engage in activities that will promote the increase of prayer from supporters and members
• Be responsible for care to the members of Pioneers UK (office and field staff)

Salary: in the range of £40,000, depending on experience
